Four Seasons - 198 State Road 592 - Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, equipment, and work areas in compliance with Four Seasons standards;
Assist with equipment setup in the kitchen and staff cantina and ensure proper cleaning and organization;
Support banquet operations by assisting with food expediting in alignment with established production and quality standards;
Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all kitchen floor areas are clean, properly marked with safety signage, and free from hazards
