Manage nightly operations of assigned station, including mise en place, par levels, and cleanliness;
Verify station readiness by ensuring all areas are properly stocked, prepped, and organized for service;
Prepare consistent meals in line with production and quality standards, ensuring timely and efficient food service to guests;
Follow Four Seasons Food Standards, recipes, and plating guidelines;
Help prepare for the next days breakfast and banquet services
