Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our In‑Room Dining (IRD) team- a server who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury‑level experience
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

• 1+ yearsof service industry experience in
  
  Food & Beverage,preferably in a luxury hospitalityenvironment
• Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Availability to work through the season- from DOH through October (approximately)

• Answer guest calls, takeorders and requests, and preparetrayswith a strong attention to detailand professionalism
• Act as a confident problem solver in guest and team interactions, delivering exceptional hospitality, accommodating special requests, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the MICROS system
• Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner, using your genuine and authentic personality to create a memorable in‑room dining experience
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the IRD area, including inventory management
• Adapt quickly to change and multitask effectively, assisting the IRDteam and supporting other F&B outlets as needed
