• Under general supervision, coordinates all details in regarding meeting room bookings. Including, but not limited to catering services, breaks, set up, break down of meeting rooms and customer requests.

• Requires ability to take and give clear written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
• Requires ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests in order to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
• Requires knowledge of hotel accommodations and community.
• Requires ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Will be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
