Permanent HR Director
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including executive and organizational support, policies, compliance, and documentation, recruitment and hiring, employee relations and performance management, and benefits administration. Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and organizational support, acting as a strategic partner to our leadership team.
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and performance management, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Lead HR projects, such as training and development initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employee engagement programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and use data to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to continuously improve our HR function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
- Proven experience in all areas of HR, including executive and organizational support, policies, compliance, and documentation, recruitment and hiring, employee relations and performance management, and benefits administration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
