- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high‑impact role
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional strategic problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience/education in lieu of a degree
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, or Public Health
- Experience guiding and developing analytical talent
- Knowledge of health plan operations and value‑based care models
