• Lead collaboration with product, analytics, and engineering teams to design and enhance a domain‑specific shopping assistant chatbot
• Define and oversee prompt engineering frameworks to improve chatbot dialogue and user engagement
• Architect LLM‑based agents integrating APIs, databases, and third‑party tools via precise function calling
• Establish reliability safeguards and accuracy measures through hallucination prevention techniques and thorough model evaluations
• Champion Responsible AI and compliance standards to align solutions with ethical and regulatory guidelines
• Set up and monitor A/B testing protocols to measure and refine chatbot performance
• Direct exploratory data analysis to discover actionable insights and formulate clear requirements for data engineering
• Provide strategic direction to cloud engineering teams on infrastructure planning for advanced AI chatbot systems

• 7+ years of background in data science, NLP, or Conversational AI design, with leadership experience
• Expert proficiency with LLMs leveraging OpenAI APIs on Azure and Python for AI agent architecture
• In‑depth knowledge of hallucination prevention methods and Responsible AI & compliance regulations
• Proven background in integrating AI solutions with external tools and databases
• Strong comprehension of prompt engineering concepts, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis techniques
• Track record of leading cross‑disciplinary teams and influencing cloud infrastructure strategies
• Fluent English communication skills at B2+ proficiency level

• Background in analytics‑driven A/B testing and experimentation
• Capability to define comprehensive testing strategies for chatbot KPIs
• Expertise in conducting EDA for strategic AI insights
• Skill in translating business needs into data requirements for engineering
• Understanding of cloud platforms and ability to plan cloud infrastructure for AI initiatives
