We are looking for a Chief Data Engineer (Salesforce Tableau) in Argentina to shape high‑impact reporting and visualization with Salesforce Tableau and Thought Spot across the organization. You will steer data integration and end‑to‑end data flow to deliver reliable insights, mentor best practices, and elevate dashboard performance.

• Design and deliver reporting solutions using Salesforce Tableau and Thought Spot
• Build and sustain data integration processes that power reporting requirements
• Analyze data flow across systems to maintain report accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimize dashboards and reports to improve performance and usability
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and visualization issues
• Provide guidance and best practices for reporting and data visualization initiatives
• Document technical specifications, processes, and reporting workflows

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Reporting Engineer
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Tableau and Thought Spot
• Hands‑on experience with data integration
• Solid understanding of data flow across systems and reporting environments
• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and convert business needs into technical solutions
• English proficiency at B2 level (Upper‑Intermediate) or higher
