Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3-6 years of performing testing activities, including experience with all phases of testing:
  System, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance and Performance Testing
• At least 1-3 years of experience with developing the testing strategy for large scale programs and ensuring requirements traceability throughout the system development lifecycle
• At least 1-3 years of experience developing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, execution of test case and documentation of test results
• At least 2 years of experience with driving the quality assurance processes and gaining delivery buy-in from stakeholders
• At least 3 years of experience in test automation including development and maintenance of automation scripts and Selenium frameworks or other similar Automation/SOA testing tools
• Understand the various approaches used in testing, including Grey-box (logic driven), black-box (requirements driven), load testing, coverage testing and regression testing
• Direct experience with or exposure to testing in an Agile delivery model
• Tester with combination of public sector domain (preferably eligibility related), performance & Automation expertise is a big asset for consideration
• Selenium experience in scripting using Java
• Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence/X-ray)
• Exposure to Dev Ops, CI/CD – such as Jenkins
• Work with Scrum master SMEs, Test leads, Developers to understand design requirements and convert them to deliver as Test cases;
  Author, Executes manual Test cases, script automated test cases using Java/Python
