Red River is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide frontline and escalated technical support for internal users across remote, onsite, and hybrid environments. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, manage ticketing cases, and assist with authentication, device provisioning, and office productivity tools.
The role requires 1–3 years in help desk or desktop support, an Associate degree or equivalent, strong customer service, and solid knowledge of Windows and macOS.
