On-Site Santa Fe ,NM.Respondstohelpdeskticketsandworkswithvendorsupportcontactstoresolvetechnicalproblemswithdesktopcomputingequipmentandsoftware.
Key Responsibilities- Managethefullticketlifecyclewithinaservicemanagementsystem,includingticketcreation,updates,resolution,andescalationinaccordancewithSLAs
- Diagnoseandresolvetechnicalissuesthroughstructuredtroubleshooting(analyze,identifyrootcause,implement solutions)
- Supportinternalteamsandcollaboratewithvendorsupporttoresolvehardwareandsoftwareissues
- Ensuredesktopsystemsintegrateseamlesslywithenterpriseinfrastructure,includingfileservers,emailsystems,conferencingtools,andbusinessapplications
- Maintainaccuratedocumentationofincidents,resolutions,andsystemchanges;contributetoknowledgebasearticles
- Hands-onexperiencesupportingdesktopenvironments,including hardware,operating systems,andstandardapplications
- Strongtroubleshootingskillsacrosshardware,software,andbasicnetworkingissues
- Experienceworkinginaticketing/servicemanagementplatform(e.g.,Service Noworsimilar)
- Familiaritywithbasicscripting(e.g.,Power Shell,PERL,or Shell) isaplus
- Strongcustomerserviceandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytosupportbothtechnicalandnon-technical users
- Abilitytoprioritizetasks,multitask,andperformeffectivelyinafast-pacedsupportenvironment
- Thepositionisfulltime,40hours
