Best Buy Santa Fe is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support and device advice. You’ll learn with on-the-job training and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.
As part of our team, you’ll help customers decide whether to repair or replace devices, provide accurate time estimates, and support check-in and checkout with friendly, efficient service. A flexible schedule is required, including holidays and weekends.
