Job Summary
Seeking a Desktop Support Technician with 2+ years of experience providing end-user desktop support in a Microsoft environment
. The role involves PC/laptop break-fix, hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, Active Directory support, Microsoft 365 administration, and resolving technical issues through a ticketing system such as Service Now
. Strong communication and customer support skills are essential.
- In-person, Only for local or near by Santa Fe, NM Top Mandatory Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops/laptops, hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
- Experience using Service Now or other IT ticketing/service management tools.
- PC/Laptop break/fix, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Power Shell, Perl, or Shell) is a plus.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
