Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in application architecture, solution architecture, software engineering, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Human Capital Management (HCM), or workforce technology platforms.
• Experience leading architecture for large-scale modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, integration architecture, cloud technologies, data architecture, security, and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise applications and services.
• Experience with API, microservices, event-driven, cloud-native, and SaaS integration patterns.
• Experience integrating enterprise and third-party platforms within complex technology ecosystems.
• Knowledge of identity management, data privacy, security, regulatory requirements, and non-functional architecture principles.
• Experience presenting architecture recommendations and technical tradeoffs to governance forums and senior leadership.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience leading Talent Acquisition or recruiting technology transformation programs.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle and associated technologies.
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Workday Recruiting, Success Factors, Phenom, Eightfold, Avature, or related platforms.
• Experience integrating recruiting platforms with HCM, analytics, identity, and collaboration solutions.
• Experience with in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models, domain-driven design, and modern engineering practices.
