Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator for our healthcare client located in Santa Fe. This role will be 100% onsite and a full‑time, contract‑to‑hire opportunity. Interested candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish and give an exceptional patient experience!
This role will be focused on front office administrative duties and will be the first point of contact for patients entering our client’s clinic. Duties include greeting and checking patients in/out, scheduling patient appointments, insurance verification, updating patient demographics as needed, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for others.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in‑person and phone etiquette
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to multiple tasks as needed
- Able to work well independently and make sound judgment calls
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines when needed
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
