About the Role

We are currently searching for an experienced Manager of Supply Chain Management to join our Purchasing Team. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to attend in‑person meetings and work from the Charlotte office as needed.

Essential Functions
  • Leads and manages all facility Supply Chain activities, coordinates and evaluates Supply Chain operations personnel.
  • Executes the implementation of the standardization programs for all supply chain functions.
  • Facilitates the implementation of market‑based purchasing projects.
  • Executes the implementation and operational plan for all point‑of‑use purchasing systems.
  • Raises and resolves facility‑based supply chain issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommends resources to satisfy business needs and participates in the selection of outside services.
  • Coordinates and drives efforts to enable supply improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitates the standardization of products and optimizes supply utilization through effective collaboration with physicians and clinicians.
  • Manages the facility implementation of SCM plans, identifies and mitigates risks and monitors resource allocations to ensure successful execution of plans.
  • Manages the evolution of the ERP system.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of purchasing or inventory management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 3 years in vendor relations experience, including contract and pricing negotiations.
  • At least 3 years of contract management and analysis experience.
  • At least 2 years leading the management of an ERP system.
