Traffic Safety and Injury Prevention Champion (Inventory & Logistics Coordinator)

Manage inventory, warehouse operations, shipping, and statewide distribution of traffic safety materials and equipment. Coordinate customer orders, maintain accurate inventory records, support inventory systems, and ensure resources reach communities efficiently. Provide logistical support for trainings, conferences, and outreach activities that advance traffic safety initiatives across New Mexico.

Assist with customer service, appointment scheduling, reporting, grant documentation, and administrative tasks. Support event preparation, attendee registration, and on‑site logistics. Monitor inventory levels, recommend replenishment needs, maintain warehouse organization, and contribute to continuous improvements in inventory, distribution, and operational processes.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Work is performed in both office and warehouse settings and includes lifting materials, operating inventory systems, occasional statewide travel, and supporting evening or weekend events as needed.

$50,000 - $60,000 based on qualifications and experience
