Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Overview

ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire an exceptional Housekeeper to work on a temporary assignment in Santa Fe, NM.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour;

Start Date:

ASAP;
Full time; 40 hours per week.

Requirements:
Must live in Santa Fe, NM, and pass an extensive criminal background check.

• Maintain cleanliness and order within a home or other establishment, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
• Handle laundry (washing, drying, folding and sometimes ironing).
• Make beds, change linen, tidy up living spaces, and perform basic pet care as needed.

• Experience:
  
  2-5 years of housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in a high-profile or formal setting.
• Skills:
  
  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively; knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Communication:
  Good verbal communication skills to interact with the governor, staff, and guests.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Background Check:
  Passing a background check is required, as working in a governmental setting may require security clearance.
• References:
  Providing professional references to verify past employment and character.

• Attention to detail and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Time management to efficiently complete tasks within set time frames.
• Customer service:
  Being polite, approachable, and respectful of guests’ privacy.
• Communication:
  Clear communication with supervisors and staff for coordinating tasks and reporting issues.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and products; safe and effective use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Organizational skills:
  Maintaining a tidy workspace and managing cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Compensation details: $25 hourly wage.
