Maintenance Tech

The Maintenance Tech at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner.

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
• Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues
• Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry work, and more
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds
• Work alongside vendors and contractors on general upkeep projects
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, appliances, structures, etc.
• Maintain heating, plumbing, AC, and other building systems.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
