LocationCerrillos Branch located in Santa Fi, NM
ScheduleSchedule requires supporting Monday – Saturday member service hours.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Support the Branch Experience Manager in overseeing daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and achievement of strategic goals.
- Coach and develop branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture through training, cross-training, and succession planning.
- Promote a member-first culture by modeling and coaching empathetic service and financial education aligned with DNCU’s mission.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and motivating talent to meet performance and service standards.
- Monitor branch activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate team meetings and huddles to inspire, inform, and align staff with branch goals and service standards.
- Participate in marketing and member engagement initiatives to support growth and awareness.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain vendor relationships and support contract reviews, cost management, and risk mitigation.
- Continuously improve branch processes and ensure completion of audits, certifications, and compliance training.
Starting pay: $57,572.06 – $71,965.08 annually, based on qualifications, internal equity, and budget.

Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education(1) A two year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in house training or apprenticeship program.

Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job and a high level of interpersonal skills are critical to the success of this position.
