Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate with team members;
Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise;
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management;
Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution;
Provide exceptional customer service to members, assist with bakery orders, maintain a clean and member-ready area.
