Seeking a reliable
* Weekend RN Supervisor
* to lead nursing staff during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing facility.
- Provide clinical supervision, ensure quality resident care, and act as the primary clinical decision-maker on weekends.
- Oversee daily operations, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with providers as needed.
- Support medication management, documentation accuracy, and infection control.
- Address staffing, operational issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Promote teamwork and professional standards among staff.
Valid RN license in NM, supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, experience in long-term care is a plus.
