We are seeking
* Licensed Practical Nurses

* What Youll Do
* As an LPN at El Castillo, youll play a key role in delivering compassionate, professional nursing care to our residents across a range of care levels.

Responsibilities include:

* Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans

* Monitoring residents health and responding to changes in condition

* Collaborating with RNs, CNAs, providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care

* Providing leadership and supervision to CNAs and assisting with delegation and care coordination

* Documenting care accurately and in accordance with state and federal regulations

* * Current
* LPN license in good standing
* with the New Mexico Board of Nursing

* CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

* Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and well-being

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative care environment

* 3- 5 years experience

* Preferred Qualifications
* * Experience in long-term care, memory care, or geriatric nursing

* Familiarity with Matrix Care health records (EHR)

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
