Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position in Santa Fe, NM, requiring TNCC certification and a minimum of 1 year of critical care experience.

Job Details

• General ICU unit within a regional medical center,

• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM,

• 13-week contract,

• Floating to other units is required,

Job Requirements

• Active NM RN license or current Compact state license,

• Current BLS certification from AHA required,

• Current ACLS certification from AHA required,

• Current TNCC certification required,

• Minimum 1 year of critical care RN experience required,

• Graduate of an accredited RN program,

• US Social Security Number required for consideration,

• 2 professional references required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement timely nursing interventions,

• Delegate and coordinate team assignments based on patient and unit needs,

• Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning,

• Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel pay rates - local candidates are not accepted on all positions,

• Copies of all certifications must be active and current at time of consideration
