Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room

Overview

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

• Practices independently in the same or similar clinical setting
• Provides routine and complex care, manages contingencies of clinical nursing
• Delegates to other care providers to help manage the clinical situation
• Provides nursing care utilizing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administers medications and treatments, monitors side-effects and effectiveness
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
• Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, family members, or caregivers

• Required:
  
  Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• Required:
  
  BLS Certification via AHA
• Required:
  
  ACLS Certification via AHA
• Preferred:
  Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty

• Shift: 10 hours, days
• Total weekly hours: 40
• Duration: 13 weeks
