Compassionate HHA or CNA – Santa Fe, NM (1099 Contract)

Santa Fe, NM.

Contract type:
Independent contractor (1099).

Hours:

5 hours per day, Monday through Sunday (35 hours per week).

Pay: $15–$20 per hour.

Patients accepted into the program have no expiration date for care.

Offer contingent upon completion of a background check.

• Provide one‑on‑one patient care in the patient’s home.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, respiration, etc.) according to the plan of care.
• Remind patients to take medications as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
• Communicate with the patient’s family, physicians, and other designated professionals regarding the patient’s health and care.
• Advocate for patients and collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians.

• Must be able to monitor vital signs.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
