Job Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Canones, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.

This patient requires 3 hours of care a week, with no preference on times. Saturdays or Sundays. The schedule can be worked out between the nurse and the patient; the patient does not have a preference regarding the day. The nurse will advocate for the patient and work one‑on‑one to provide the care that the patient needs. This role collaborates with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
