Travel RN – Emergency Room (Nights)

Santa Fe, New Mexico

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend Required

• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the Emergency Department
• Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with unit standards of care
• Communicate clearly and concisely with patients, families, physicians, and staff in a manner appropriate to the developmental age of the patient
• Demonstrate knowledge and sensitivity to patients' rights in the delivery of care
• Assist in other patient care areas as helping hands during low census periods
• Participate in voluntary on-call as needed

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• PALS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• TNCC or ATCN certification required

• CPI or equivalent behavioral intervention certification
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience

• Opportunity to work in a dynamic Emergency Department setting in the heart of New Mexico on a 13-week travel contract
