Giving Home Health Care in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to administer in-home patient care per physician orders. This is a 1099 contract role with care delivered at the patient’s residence.
The schedule provides 6 hours of care per day, with preferred days Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHA, case managers, and patients’ physicians to ensure quality care.
