Giving Home Health Care in Santa Fe, NM seeks a compassionate RN or LPN for in-home patient care on a 1099 contract basis. Care is provided at the patient's residence with a 6-hour daily schedule, and preferred days include Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
You will execute physician plans, document care, monitor vitals, and coordinate with CNAs, case managers, and physicians to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
