Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home care in Espanola, NM. This 1099 contract role involves delivering nursing care per physician plans, in the patient’s residence, with care hours totaling 12 per week, preferably mornings.
The nurse will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians, perform assessments, document care, monitor vitals, and administer treatments, while building lasting patient relationships in a supportive home setting.
