- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards.
- Monitor patient health and document changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
Orientation and training details will be provided by the facility.
