CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting. This position requires a flexible and reliable individual to support residents’ daily needs and promote a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to clinical staff.
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
• Support residents in mobility and transfer procedures to ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in compliance with facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification and state licensure required.
• Proven experience working in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and effective communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Must adhere to agency COVID-19 vaccination policies or provide valid exemptions.
