Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
Medical Center seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner --Outpatient clinical role – no inpatient --Standard office hours (36 patient facing hours + 4 hours of admin time each week) --No call responsibilities for this role --Dedicated nursing support --Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation + Ambient AI --Team Structure: 8 physicians, 1 CNM, 1 GYN APP --25+ patients per day in a high-volume, team-based setting --Provide comprehensive OB care, including:
- New OB intakes
- Routine prenatal visits
- Postpartum follow-ups
- Prenatal counseling & education --Deliver full-scope GYN care, including:
- Annual wellness exams
- Pap smears - STI screening & treatment
- Contraceptive counseling & management (IUD & Nexplanon insertions/removals) - Diagnosis & management of abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, PCOS, menopause, etc.
--Procedures (in-office):
Colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, wet preps, etc. (if trained) --Manage urgent same-day GYN and OB visits, including triage, diagnostics, & follow-up --Sign-on Bonus: $5k+ sign-on bonus to assist with the transition.
--Competitive Compensation:
Guaranteed base salary (typically MGMA median): 120-135k + --Comprehensive Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short/long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life)—medical center pays 80% of premium for employee/50% premium for spouse and/or dependents—30 day waiting period --401K retirement plans with employer match—no waiting period --Student Loan Repayment:
Eligible for loan repayment assistance through the PSLF program, helping to manage and reduce student debt.

BC Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Minimum 2 years of experience in an OB/GYN setting required, SC license or able to obtain, Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinic & manage a full schedule independently
