CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and efficient patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Assist nursing staff with daily patient needs and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support nursing staff by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status accurately.
• Maintain infection control standards by adhering to facility policies and procedures.
• Ensure patient safety by observing and reporting any changes in condition.
• Assist with feeding patients and providing basic patient hygiene.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification and active license.
• Proven experience working in LTC/SNF or similar healthcare setting.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption documentation.
