This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Property Manager based in Santa Fe, NM. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential or commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease agreements, rent collection, property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves managing budgets, coordinating property marketing efforts, supervising staff, and addressing any tenant concerns or property issues in a timely manner.

The Property Manager will play an integral role in maintaining high occupancy rates and the overall performance of the properties.

• Experience in property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of property maintenance, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on‑site and manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of local and state property management laws and regulations
• Previous experience in real estate asset management is a plus
