This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Leasing Agent located in Santa Fe, NM. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing leasing activities, including assisting prospective tenants, managing lease agreements, conducting property showings, and addressing tenant inquiries. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining an organized lease administration process, ensuring properties are leased efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service to foster positive tenant relationships.

• Proficiency in Leases, Lease Administration, and Residential Leasing processes
• Experience in Property Management, with knowledge of maintaining and overseeing residential properties
• Strong Customer Service skills for tenant interactions, inquiries, and resolving concerns
• Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities
• Ability to work efficiently in an on‑site property management environment
• Previous experience or knowledge in real estate or leasing is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a real estate license is preferred
