Job Summary:
Support the antibody library construction pipeline by building and quality-controlling innovative antibody libraries. Apply molecular biology and microbiology techniques in a high-throughput laboratory environment while maintaining rigorous quality, safety, and documentation standards.## What You'll Be Doing:
* Execute antibody library construction activities according to approved protocols
* Perform high-throughput molecular biology procedures, including RNA extraction, mRNA purification, PCR, cloning, gel extraction, primer design, sequence analysis, and bacterial transformation
* Culture and manipulate yeast, bacterial, and mammalian cells using appropriate aseptic techniques
* Contribute to routine method and assay design, experimental execution, data review, technical discussions, and sponsor inquiries under moderate supervision
* Troubleshoot laboratory processes and support improvements that increase data quality, lower costs, or reduce turnaround times
* Analyze routine data and assess whether results fall within acceptable tolerances
* Maintain laboratory equipment, electronic laboratory notebooks, and documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and good documentation practices
* Follow laboratory and company SOPs while supporting safety and 6S requirements and initiatives##
What We Are Looking For :
* Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field
* Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years of related experience in method development or specific methodology area or a Masters degree; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
* Knowledge and experience in molecular biology, including PCR, cloning, primer design, and sequence analysis
* Knowledge and experience working with yeast, bacteria, and mammalian cells, including growth, transformation, miniprep, RNA extraction, and aseptic techniques
* Experience using an electronic laboratory notebook and applying laboratory safety practices, standard precautions, and hazardous chemical handling requirements
* Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree## The Knowledge,

Needed for This Role:
* Ability to follow, understand, write, and edit SOPs while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in data analysis, laboratory calculations, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently, maintain productive stakeholder relationships, and complete projects and deliverables within expected timelines##
