Four Seasons - 198 State Road 592 - Responsibilities:
Deliver knowledgeable, engaging service with a full understanding of all food and beverage offerings, confidently sharing ingredient details and providing articulate, enticing menu descriptions;
Continuously expand your knowledge of cuisine, wine, and beverage products to enhance the guest experience;
Support the Terra team by completing side work, greeting and seating guests when the host/ess is unavailable, taking reservations, and operating the MICROS pointofsale system;
Maintain full awareness and presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests;
Accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; and properly handle voids, corrections, and complimentary items in accordance with Four Seasons policies
