Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our F&B team—a supervisor who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury‑level experience
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
• A leader with strong knowledge of training principles and a keen ability to identify gaps in service standards to continually elevate the guest experience

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a high‑end restaurant or related work
• Strong F&B knowledge and server skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and move around the restaurant and hotel area for the entire shift
• Flexible schedule—availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Current New Mexico Alcohol Server and Food Handler certifications

• Play a key role in developing F&B staff through Four Seasons service standards, inspiring and guiding employees to consistently deliver excellence
• Provide leadership within F&B operations and seamlessly extend support across all F&B outlets in response to operational demands
• Build strong, authentic connections with staff to foster a positive and engaged team culture
• Clearly communicate information to staff, empowering them to make thoughtful decisions that elevate the guest experience
• Maintain deep knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and coach staff to confidently share ingredient details and engaging menu descriptions
• Commit to continuous learning, expanding your expertise in food and beverage products
• Perform additional administrative duties, including inventories, scheduling, and menu planning
