Ensure exceptional guest service at the cashwrap, including greeting, engaging guests, and handling sales, refunds, and exchanges.;
Lead cashiering activities, train new cashiers, and cross-train associates to improve store performance.;
Drive sales and loyalty results by recommending products, coordinating makeup applications, skincare analyses, and demonstrations.;
Take ownership of cashwrap displays, replenishment, and proper cash handling; assist with open/close register functions.;
Collaborate with store leadership to meet goals and maintain store standards and policies.
