• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed purchases
• Ensure that the sales floor is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting counts
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A genuine passion for home decor and design
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
