Salary and schedule: Starting hourly pay rate between $15.40 and $17.00
. Paid training is provided. Part‑time employees may access voluntary benefits including medical, dental, vision. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

The position is part‑time with a variable schedule. Average weekly hours are 10‑13 hours per week. Availability before and after major holidays, weekends, and for season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products in various retail stores. Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys. Maintain professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers. Responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores.
• Holiday support:
  During high‑demand periods (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), additional days and extended hours may be required, including work on the actual holiday and weekends.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations and remodel assignments, including building and installing fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting sections. Notification is typically given two weeks in advance and may include evenings or weekends.
• Team support:
  Support other merchandisers in the network as needed.

Physically demanding; must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day, and may be required to climb stairs and use step ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.

• Proficient with a digital handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
