Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members. They wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available to take home. You will juggle several tasks while helping members with bakery orders. It’s hard work, but the bakery team finds it rewarding.

• Behave as a team member: collaborate with associates, communicate, and be flexible to business needs.
• Be an expert: operate baking equipment, follow recipes, wrap, label, store merchandise, maintain food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
• Be a techie: use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and product quality decisions.
• Be an owner: maintain operational excellence, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and properly package, label, and store merchandise.
• Be a talent ambassador: advocate for the department, model service, execute fundamentals with energy, commitment, and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers; prioritize tasks and communicate progress.
