Assistant Meat Manager

Responsibilities

Ensures day‑to‑day operations and sales of the department run smoothly. Leads and engages the team, encourages teamwork, and supports team growth.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Willingness to obtain certifications as required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
• History of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Uses time and resources efficiently and effectively.
• Acts with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out.
• For Bakery: 1 year or more of experience as a Baker.
• For Meat:
  Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, and previous experience working in a meat department with various tools.
