Develop and assure regional direct support to meet or exceed the annual retail sales objectives and the commercial platform through the Dealer Network. Attend and develop direct support and relationships with Key Account (KA) customers in order to maximize regional business to become and consolidate our position as an indisputable leader in the market.
Indispensable Requirements- 3 years of experience in the commercial vehicles industry
- Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Management, Financing Tools and Programs, MS Office, SAP
- Intermediate–advanced English

Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or any related degree.
Main Functions- Assure business plan execution and the implementation of competitive commercial strategies for the fulfillment of sales goals and the development of the dealer's commercial platform.
- Provide product and technical sales guidance to support the Dealer Network to assure that their goals and objectives are met.
- Lead and manage dealers in activities planning achieving sales objectives as it relates to volumes, market share and other key metrics. Monitor and report dealer sales performance, inventory planning, pre‑order status, key financial figures, training and after sales figures.
- Develop and Conquest new KA Customers. Strength relationships and maximize business performance.
