Job Overview

Expand our customer base by engaging potential customers door-to-door and presenting T-Mobile’s offers, answering questions, and facilitating transitions to our services.

• Engage potential customers and achieve sales targets in door-to-door and community interactions.
• Follow up post-sales to support an exceptional customer experience.

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing (Preferred).
• Less than 2 years in direct sales or retail, especially in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
• Less than 2 years presenting complex product offerings to customers.
• Less than 2 years in a target‑driven sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Direct consumer sales proficiency, focus on door-to-door tactics (Required).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Required).
• Ability to connect with customers, address inquiries, and enable seamless integration (Required).
• Advanced negotiation capabilities (Required).
• Problem‑solving skills for resolving sales process issues (Required).
• Adaptability to modify sales approaches for varying customer needs (Required).
• Product presentation skills to deliver engaging presentations of T-Mobile products (Required).

• Certified Sales Professional (Preferred).
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (Preferred).

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Base pay: $30,000 annually. Incentive target: $48,600. All employees earn a guaranteed minimum of $20 per hour including base pay and incentives. Eligibility for annual stock grant.
