Service Technician - Entry Level

At Plunkett’s, our technicians do more than treat pests. They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you’ll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships.

Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + uncapped sales incentives.

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self‑starter who thrives working independently.
• Eager to learn. We’ll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Bonus points:

Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.

Physical requirements:

Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
