This position is located in Santa Fe, NM.

• Competitive Compensation – first‑year annual compensation ranges from $52,539.76 to $61,500.00 with an average 46‑hour work week and promotion opportunities within the first 12 months.

As a Management Training (MT) participant, you’ll learn our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. You will also get out into the community and build essential relationships. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and help you understand what it means to always put our customers first.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current, valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents within the past three years, and no drug or alcohol‐related convictions within the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.
• Currently reside in Santa Fe, NM, or plan to relocate within the next 30 days.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• At least 18 years old.
