Starlink Sales Specialist

Job Overview

Temporary (Fixed Term) (Seasonal);
Best Buy 375 – Santa Fe, NM 87507. Pay $18/hr base up to $22/hr total with performance bonus. 16‑20 hrs weekly, Friday‑Sunday open shift. Position available 7/27/26–11/01/26.

You will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Starlink residential and mobile internet products. As the subject‑matter expert you will deliver an engaging, informative shopping experience and build relationships while explaining the benefits of satellite internet. All technology training is provided.

• Showcase the latest Starlink services and demonstrate how they enhance customers’ internet needs.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the right service.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies professionally and foster positive relationships with customers and staff.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and create a productive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Work primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, maintaining a consistent weekend schedule.
• Respect local retail store policies and maintain a positive partnership with store management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with current iOS or Android.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
